Retractable - Flange - High Pressure - Liquid, Gas, Air or Steam 

World Class PSE Series 140, PAR 70® Hot Tap Flow Sensors are suited for moderate through Ultra-high pressure/temperature applications. 

(Standard: 150 lb. R.F.C.S.)(Optional: 300, 600, 900 lb. R.F.). As process pipe material mandates, mounting hardware other than carbon steel is available. The series 140 can be installed and retracted without interrupting flow in the line. At the factory, the weld-o-let is "tack" welded to the weldneck flange so as to insure that the mounted weldneck flange "boltholes" align for correct flow sensor installation. 

Sensor Tube: 316 S.S. Double "D".

Sensor Head: 316 S.S. 1/4", 1/2" NPT or 1/2" S.W.

Instrument Valves: 1/4" NPT C.S. Standard, other options available.

Weldneck Flanges: (2) 1 1/2" 150 lb. R.F.C.S.

Isolation Valve: 1 1/2" 150 lb. R.F.C.S. ball or gate type.

Isolation Nipple: 1 1/2", SCH 80, C.S. A106

Packing Gland: 316 S.S.

Packing: 316 S.S. with graphite rings (standard) (optional) Zytel (Nylon) ring for under 280^oF.

Threaded Extraction Rods, Nuts, and Washers: All 316 S.S.

Tie Rod Plates: 316 S.S.

Gaskets: 316 S.S.

Nameplate: 316 S.S. and permanently stamped with necessary information.

Pressure/Temperature Rating: Flange limitations.

Rating Options: 300,600, 900 lb. R.F.
