High Pressure Applications - Flange Mounted - No Packing Glands

World Class PSE Series 130, PAR 70® Flanged Mounted Flow Sensors serve those high pressure applications where standard compression-fit packing glands might not stand the pressure load. The Series 130 Sensor protrudes from and is welded to both sides of the mounting flange for superior strength. 

A mating weld-neck flange tack, welded to a weld-o-let is provided with the Series 130 Sensor to assure proper dimensions and alignment. Since the mounting is factory-fabricated to the specification of each installation, no cutting size of a nipple is necessary. 

Mounting bolts, nuts and gaskets are all supplied so installation of the series 130 sensor only requires final welding of the flange to the weld-o-let and of the weld-o-let to the line. 

Sensor Tube: 316 S.S. Double "D"

Head: 316 S.S.

Weld-O-Let: 1 1/2" 3000 psi forged steel to fit specific pipe size contour.

Sensor Flange: 1 1/2" 316 S.S. 150, 300 or 600 lb. RF ANSI. Other styles, sizes and ratings available.

Mating Flange: 1 1/2" forged steel RF. Same ratings as sensor flanges. Other styles, sizes, materials, and ratings available.

Gaskets: Flexitallic spiral wound standard for 150 lb. flange. Other materials available.

Instrumentation Connections: 1/4" or 1/2" NPT or socket weld. Others available.

Nameplate: Stainless steel and permanently stamped with necessary information.

Pressure/Temperature Rating: Flange limitation.
