Retractable - Medium Pressure - Liquids and Gases

World Class PSE Series 110, PAR 70® Hot-Tap Sensors are designed for those applications where installation or removal without interrupting the flowing fluid is required. World Class PSE Hot-Tap Flow Sensors incorporate and are supplied with, extra-length probes, isolation valves, all necessary mounting hardware and safety chains. 

Unless otherwise specified, Series 11 0 Hot-Tap Flow Sensors are furnished with 1/4" NPT Brass instrument shut-off valves on both pressure connections. As replacements, a wide series of valve material choices are available through World Class PSE Division.

Sensor Tube: 316 S.S. Double "D"

Head: 316 S.S. 

Valves: Forged brass body, S.S. stem, machined Teflon packing, plastic handle, 1/4" NPT male connection. Other types, connections available. 

Thread-o-let: 3000 psi forged steel to fit specific pipe size contour. Other materials available.

Support Nipple: Schedule 160 steel.

Isolation Valve: Carbon steel valve, teflon seats, ball type. 

Isolation Nipple: Schedule 80 steel

Reducing Coupling: Stainless Steel

Packing Gland: 316 stainless steel with Zytel compression ring. 

Nameplate: Stainless steel and permanently stamped with necessary information.

Pressure/Temperature Rating: 150 psig @ 200^oF.

Mounting Option: Pipe saddle. Other materials available when required.
