World Class PSE Series 100, PAR 70® Standard Flow Sensors are designed for easy insertion and mounting into the line through a supplied thread-o-let and compression fitting. To resist the bending forces generated by exceptionally large line sizes and/or very high flow rates, effective double mounting fittings can be provided. Unless otherwise specified, Series 100 Sensors are furnished with 1/4" NPT Brass instrument shut-off valves on both pressure connections. For special requirements, valves of other materials are available through World Class PSE.
Sensor Tube: 316 S.S. Doudle "D" tubing.
Head: 316 S.S.
Valves: Forged brass body, S.S. stem, machined teflon packing, plastic handle, 1/4" NPT male connection. Other types, connections, and materials available.
Thread-O-Let: 3000 PSI forged stell to fit specific pipe pipe size contour. Other materials available.
Packing Gland: Compression fitting, 316 S.S. standard, others available.
Nameplate: Made from stainless steel and permanently stamped with necessary information.
Pressure/Temperature Rating: With valves 300 psig @ 350oF, Without valves 50 psig @ 1,000oF.
Optional Mounting: Duct, Pipe Saddle.
